By enrolling in the 19PFM subscription plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. 1-Year Commitment:

    • The subscription plan is a 12-month agreement, starting from the date of your first scheduled service.
    • Services included in the plan will be provided at regular intervals throughout the year, as agreed upon at the time of enrolment.
  2. Subscription Fees:

    • Subscription fees will be billed [monthly/quarterly/annually] based on the plan you select.
    • Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions.
  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • This is a 1-year commitment. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the 12-month period, a cancellation fee will apply.
    • The cancellation fee will be the remaining subscription balance
  4. Service Modifications:

    • 19PFM reserves the right to modify the services provided under the subscription plan based on the condition of your property or external factors.
    • Any significant changes to the service schedule or offerings will be communicated in advance.
  5. Refund Policy:

    • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases where 19PFM is unable to provide the agreed-upon services.
    • Any partial refunds will be at the sole discretion of 19PFM, based on the circumstances of cancellation.
  6. Customer Responsibilities:

    • You are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that 19PFM can carry out the scheduled services.
    • Any delays caused by the inability to access the property may result in rescheduling fees.
    • You are responsible for making sure you pick the correct plan, including but not limited to: the correct plan for the work required, making sure your property fits into the 3-bedroom terrace house sizing - if these are not correct, it may result in the need to switch plans or upgrade/downgrade to a small or larger plan. 
  7. Service Quality:

    • 19PFM strives to provide high-quality cleaning services using environmentally friendly methods.
    • If you are dissatisfied with the service, you must notify 19PFM within 24 hours, and we will take reasonable steps to address your concerns.
  8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    • 19PFM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
